allow up to 1 business day for your inquiry to be addressed. Customer Service
associates are not available on national holidays or weekends.
SHIPPING
MODE OF SHIPPING
Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when getting items shipped or returning items to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach you / us safely. We highly advise you to use tracked post and to send us a tracking number in order to follow the shipment. We will not be responsible if the shipment is lost in the post and does not reach either of the parties. In such case we will not be able to exchange the item or refund for it.
Shipments to various countries may take longer due to the customs procedures. Shipments may also be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. These costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. We will take care of the paperwork required for the parcel to clear customs. To find out the taxes that may be applied please go to your local customs site to check the rates.
ORDER PROCESSING
Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
Some of our items are custom made for every single order, others are in regular stock. Depending on it, the order and shipping time might vary. We kow that you love the craft of jewellery and the fact that all our items are hand made with love, hence, please, keep in mind the possibility of slightly flexible arrival date. If it is an urgent order / or you have a particular date in mind by when the item has to reach, please kindly message us to RoyalJunglesOfficial@gmail.com to consult accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RoyalJungles.com ships to most international destinations. Please note that international orders (outside of the EU) are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
Free shipping for orders over certain amount, announced on website, does not apply to international orders.
Any orders designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”).The recipient of the package is the Importer of Record in the destination country, and will be responsible for payment of any associated fees at the time of delivery. We are not able to estimate these fees in advance.
Import Fees may include the following charges:
If the Import Fees on an international package are not paid upon receipt, the
package will be returned to us. If the shipment is refused, the package is
undeliverable, or the Import Fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the
original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and Import Fees.
MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to RoyalJunglesOfficial@gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at RoyalJunglesOfficial@gmail.com . Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at RoyalJunglesOfficial@gmail.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
For domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or replace the order at our expense. Note: Ollari.com does not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.
ORDERING/PAYMENT
Order Status:
You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been
submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once
your order has shipped. If you do not see these confirmation emails in your
inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation
emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email
addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.

RETURN POLICY
RoyalJungles.com accepts returns on domestic (The European Union Territory) orders within 14 days of the order date. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offer exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for a store credit in accordance with our returns policies. You can then place a new order.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, with all tags attached. It must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and a note with an order number and requested service. Upon receipt of returned goods, RoyalJungles.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not accept and will not process international returns.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, and return shipments must arrive within 14 days of RMA creation for the package to be accepted. To request a return, please email us at RoyalJunglesOfficial@gmail.com for further details on how to proceed with the return process.
RETURNS ON FINAL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Any items noted as Final Sale cannot be returned. If you return an order that was placed at a discounted price, you will be refunded the amount (to shop for alternative item on our store) that was paid at the time of purchase. We will send you a requested item (if it’s in a stock) as soon as we receive your order back and receive payment to cover all shipping costs.
We will not be responsible if the shipment is lost in the post and does not reach us. In such case we will not be able to exchange the item or refund for it.
RoyalJungles.com will not re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned.
REFUSED PACKAGES
We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers. All returns must have existing RMAs, with the RMA number enclosed inside the package. Any returns received at the warehouse without corresponding RMA numbers are subject to potential delays/refusal.
